I warmed up really well for the 3200. I enjoyed the 200m track because it was easy to lock in the pace and just focus on running. My arms got really tired at the end and were almost achy. I cooled down afterwards, and was very happy because I ran so well.

I warmed up with Landon. He almost missed his heat because we didn't hear them make first call. I was running under someone elses name. I was happy with how I ran considering I had raced the day before and wasn't ready to run an 800. After the race I went on a 4.5 mile run through Pocatello averaging 6:58.
