I felt pretty good warming up. My legs weren't tight or anything. We were supposed to be 2xas far as possible at 4seconds per 400 faster than race pace. My legs were still dead and were struggling. I made it 800 meters both times at 4:40 pace, but it wasn't easy at all. I was struggling to even keep form for that long. I tried a 400 but I felt the ankle a little and I cut it short because this workout was my last one before getting hurt last year. The Robber and I went out and did 30 easy minutes. It was well needed and we were just able to discuss some things.
