I broke down the night before and was not ready to compete. Legs felt good warming up for the 1600. I got out well but then fell apart. It was cold and wet, but I just didn't have it. I cooled down inside and then went home for a while. It stopped raining by the 3200. Conner talked to me beforehand and told me I needed to redeem myself from the not so good mile. I fought really hard in that race but did not have it. My back started to hurt too. I've got to somehow rest and relax in order to be able to compete well the rest of the season. I guess I need this experience though.
