Medium effort based on heart rate. Only good thing about working nights is that I am awake in the morning. Getting going up the hill was rough though. Felt the toe a little, but also slightly felt the right one.

The run went better than I thought it would beforehand because my legs were pretty tired at work, and my hips felt pretty tight. Once again, once I got going, I didn't even feel like  I needed to take it particularly easy. Same situation as yesterday with the toes. But they aren't getting worse luckily.

Windy and really smokey air. Wasn't motivated to get out of bed, and didn't really feel the running either. My quads and hips were pretty tight. 7:03 average, still in the slump
