Julion was there today, so that was fun. We did TEAM warmup. Then we just did the workout because Rob wasn't there and I didn't want to waste more time. It was a 40 minute run with 4x600s@3200 pace mixed in. The 600s were rough and really killed my legs. I was a little slower than I would have liked but never slower than 5 minute pace. Being in trainers didn't feel great either. My left butt and ankles were feeling it. I did a crappy cooldown after to try and help the legs but it didn't do much. The heat was making things feel even more sluggish.
