We warmed up and then did 2x5x60sec with 60sec reco and 10 minutes between sets. I went 1700 and 1715 meters. I ran/biked for 15 minutes after.

Today was the grizzly invite at Logan High. It was really cold. I ran the 3200 in the morning, and was disappointed because I didn't run a well executed race in the middle because of the wind. I also ran the 4x800 at the end with Tom, Parker, and Jeff. I felt pretty fast. I also did warmups and cooldowns obviously.
