Had 10 planned, but it didn't happen. I felt pretty good once I got going. Around 4 miles in my left hip flexor really started to hurt and I also had some pain in my ankle tendonitis. I stopped and stretched, things were really tight. The hip flexor was still hurting, so I decided I better stop with 8 miles, and spend some time stretching and foam rolling rather than run more and make it worse. Other than that I felt better than I have lately, so it was a bittersweet run. Averaged 6:45 pace, so that was better too.
