Didn't really care how fast todays run wasy, but I went out and felt pretty good so it was a pretty typical run. My legs, especially my quads, felt a little tired on the uphills, but not nearly what I would have expected. I wanted to throw in some surges at the end, but after I did one my legs started to really give out so I just waited until the last 200 meters and then just kicked it in. Between the temperature and tired legs I couldn't get them going super fast. The average pace for the run ended up being 6:11 again.
I need to start working on my core again. I've really neglected it over the last couple of months.
