Feeling burnt out this week so mixed things up today along with good sleep which was nice. I ran to 1800 and back on the dirt canal road. I felt pretty good and didn't wear a watch. I think I went faster than I normally would. I was just enjoying it. After that I got on my bike and biked for 50 minutes. It was pretty intense biking heartrate wise and gives the rest of the body a decent break, so a win win hopefully. It's time to put together some big races.
