I was able to get lots of sleep last night, which helped me out today I think. We went out to Antelope Island to do some hil repeats, and it was BEAUTIFUL running weather. I warmed up with Zach, Fessler, and the Robber. We started with 2x800's, then 2x600's, then it was up to 8x200's. All uphill will active jog recovery back down. My 800's were 2:59 and 2:53. The 600's were 2:03 and 2:09. My 200's were 42, 43, 42, 42, 40, 41, 41, 40. The 200's were really rough because the heart rate stayed really high. It was really solid though and I was glad I kind of dogged yesterday, because today definitely had many more benefits. Cooling down back down the hill with Zach and the Robber was rough because my whole midsection was tightening up and cramping. 7 miles might be pushing it, not sure though.
