In the morning I ran 4 miles on the treadmill. It was a really solid effort. It was also nice that I didn't have the pounding that I would experience on the roads. My quads felt a little tight maybe, and my feet ached, but everything felt fine. It was a good intense run and I'm excited to finally run 3200 on Saturday.

I went out in the afternoon and did six more miles. I felt pretty good too, there has been more energy in the air lately. I've decided to not take stops unless necessary, so my only stop was 1.1 miles in to warmup/stretch. I could feel all of the weird muscular inbalances from still adjusting to racing on those turns. Over the last two miles my left lower back/hip started to ache like it used to when I had problems with it. I averaged 6:33 for the run.
