Just approached today as an easy long run. It was nice running weather. My hip/back was a little achy about 2 miles in but didn't really bother me after that. I alternated sides of the road quite a bit to mix it up. My left hip flexor started flaring up with about two miles to go but went away a bit. My legs still felt fairly beat up after. I averaged right on 6:40 though so it was still a solid run which didn't feel like I was pushing it much. I need to rest up.
