Should have maybe known better but I tried to do the workout everyone did yesterday and it didn't go well. I'm apparently still feeling Mondays hard session. It was supposed to be 8-10x400's where each 100 got faster. I felt like I was picking it up but was running about evens. I was hitting 67s or 68s. I had more than 1:1 reco after 4. At the end of the 6th one I couldn't breath and really struggled the last 150. I called that quits and decided it wasn't worth it. After I did an easy 4.5 miles in the 7:20s. I didn't feel good at all, but I realized normally for me day 2 after a hard workout is pretty bad.
