Things did not feel as good as I wanted them to today. My glutes were really sore/tired on the uphills, and my legs overall didn't have much pop. My lower legs even gave me a few aches and pains, which was a little concerning. I'm going to have to be careful as my shoes may be going out.. I stretched afterwards and hopefully that will help. Averaged 6:24. Oh yeah, I also almost got ran over half a mile into my run.
