warmed up with they team, so not a full warmup. I changed into kinvaras. Then I did not a complete workout but it was still good and will hopefully help for friday. I ran 4xmile with 1-2 minutes recovery (based on feel). I went high 5:30s on the first three and closed in a 5:30. It was pretty solid. Then I changed into shoes and ran just over a mile out and met Zach, Bella, and Rob coming back. I ran their last two 500s with them. The first was a 1:51. Rob and I pushed the last 200 meters to try and really pull Bella along, I ran 1:41 on that one. After this week I'd be fine to just run with Bella in workouts, haha. Short barefoot cooldown with Zach. Abs (kinda) for the first time in a long time.
