Warmed up and then two sets of 5 where we ran for 90 seconds on the grass as fast as possible. It wasn't fun. It was all I could do to just try and keep up with everyone else. I literally fell over at the end. I couldn't breath and thought I was going to die.  I did a long cooldown

We warmed up and then ran two miles on the track with half of it being fast. We then had to run a set of stairs and then a 500 at race pace. I did a short cooldown.

I warmed up and was ready to race. It was cool and perfect racing weather. Davis, Fremont, and Weber weren't there though so there wasn't much competition. Ryan and I lead for the first mile and a half because viewmont ran the first mile slow. I took third behind a viewmont guy and Ryan. I was pretty happy overall though. One month until state.. hopefully things will get better. 2 mile cooldown.

We ran half a mile in 4th period. I did a six mile run averaging 6:39 and then ran a little more to get 7 total for the day.

We warmed up running to founders. The workout was a 1000 and then after 60 seconds a 500,both at race pace. We did 3 sets of these with 3 minutes between sets. The 1000's were rough. Cooled down back to the school.

About a mile of warmup. Then we did 10 260 meter repeats that were about 150 meters of uphill running as hard as we could. The recovery was a jog/walk back. I lead a big group of guys. We did a 2.5 mile run after as part of a cooldown. NOTE: Davis was up there running the trails and we talked with their guys for a while, then took a picture with their girls.
