Did a decent warmup, it wasn't quite as aggressive as I would have liked, but still got me ready to go for the workout. We did the 2x10x30seconds with 30 seconds rest and 10 minutes in between sets. It was windy today though, so that was a factor in how far we were able to make it. I wasn't quite sure how to run something like this yet either.. On the first set I was able to go 1785 meters, and on the second set 1840 meters. My quads started to tighten up the last 5 of the second set. Total I got 3625, which was what I was hitting last year like a month later than now before I got hurt. I know I'm in better shape, so that's not bad considering the wind. Things are looking solid so far. I did a 25+ minute cooldown nice and easy. My right IT band was tight during that. Some stretching and elevating after.

Going to catch up on some sleep this weekend.
