I really needed to get out and run today, but wasn't sure how well I was going to do. I decided I was going to force myself to run a little slower than I would normal to see if it helped my back. It hurt during the first mile, but after I stopped and did some dynamic stretching it didn't bother me much. It was windy. I just tried to stay relaxed. I think that the crazy downhill last week is what did it. I also think running fast the other day might have aggravated things as well. I was feeling pretty good and was able to do 6 miles. 41:37 total time, so 6:56 average.
