Intended to take it easier tonight. My back hurt the first mile. The hill at the bluff on 800 really shot my heart rate up. I kept getting side aches today. The legs felt good, but aerobically I really struggled the whole uphill part. I feel out of shape, but I'm running alright. I think I need to work on my core strength. 32:58 total, 6:36 average. The fourth mile felt really good.
