Today was interesting. I stayed up all night partying at the all night senior party. That was a blast. We left at 5am for Oregon. I probably slept 3 fourths of the way, which made it pain free. I went out in the evening and did a 30 minute run. I found this dirt track that was around 300 meters. It would be an awesome place to so workouts. I wish we had something like that home. I did 4 strides after. My legs felt really fast and springy Which was good
